We have completed the first stage which required our Sandbox environment to be offline.

You will continue to experience a degraded service as we have previously advised last week.

We will update you once the maintenance has been verified and completed.

Scheduled - Dear Customer,

As mentioned last week, we will be migrating our Sandbox environment to the cloud.

This is just to remind you that the migration will start tomorrow morning at 0700 CET and during this time our sandbox environment will not be available. We hope that the migration will last no longer than 2 hours and we will inform you once the migration is complete.

Scheduled - optile has discovered a bug with data loss potential in the Checkout Configuration and Routing Configuration applications. We're rolling out a fix for the issue today between 13:00 - 14:00 CET.

You may experience a downtime of the Merchant Portal for up to 20 minutes on both LIVE and sandbox during the process.

No disruption to transaction traffic will be experienced.
